STANDARD TERMS AND POLICY

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We gladly refund, credit or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 20% of the order. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return product that:

Are in original packaging, Have original Manufacturer information, Are not used, installed or disassembled, Are not damaged due to incorrect installation, Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions


The following orders are not returnable:

·         Special orders

·         Any merchandise returned that is obsolete, discontinued, not in the current price list, beyond its specified expiration date, defaced, altered, broken seal, damaged or is in otherwise un-saleable condition, will not be eligible for return or credit. Multi-packed items must be returned in full box quantities in its original packaging.


Once we have received your return (Return authorization number required first), conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund or credit will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be refunded only in those instances that the return was a result of our error. C.O.D. return shipments will not be accepted.

Items not purchased from Nor-Cal Lift Truck Repairs will not be accepted (copy of receipt needed)


WARRANTIES

Nor-Cal Lift Truck Repairs will pass on to its customers each manufacturer's standard limited warranty. Warranty is in effect from date of original purchase. This warranty, expressed or implied, is limited to the warranty period listed on receipt, documented on web site, or no greater than 3 months. In some cases it will be pro-rated based or denied based on length of use and circumstances. (Example: Starter used at manufacturing facility that runs 7/24 and forklift starts 200 times a day - this type of item is not returnable). NEITHER WARRANTOR NOR MANUFACTURER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT AND SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. This warranty does not cover miscellaneous expenses for removal, installation, service, towing or down time, nor does it cover material, labor, or additional parts required for replacement or repair of damages caused by abuse (includes fire or wreckage), misuse, neglect, or failure to follow manufacturer?s operating and /or installation instructions. If instructions are not sold with part, then instructions from the Equipments Manufacturer service manuals or updates.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If your product has been damaged in shipment, please contact your salesman within 24 hours of receipt of your product to start return process. Weekends do not apply. Email or phone messages will be accepted.

REFUNDS OR CREDITS

We will issue a full refund or credit for any of the returned products when your return meets the above requirements. Funds must clear the bank before purchaser has any service rights, warranty or returns.


PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders received with prices other than those authorized will not be processed without proper approval.  Parts prices in the market are changing so quickly, we are doing our best to stabilize our sell out price and limit price changes.


FROCE MAJEURE

Nor-Cal Lift Truck Repairs shall not be liable for delays in delivery or failure due to cause beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of the customer, acts of civil or military authority, fires, strikes, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, riots, delays in transportation, inability to obtain necessary labor, materials, components, or manufacturing facilities, or any other commercial impracticality. In the event of such delay, the date of delivery shall be deferred for a period of time equal to the time lost by reason of the delay.
